After filling out the form, we will send a booking confirmation to the e-mail address you provided.
When sending a booking request, you can receive a link to pay with a bank card through the E-POS service in the ERIP system, the Webpay system.
When paying by credit card, the refund is made to the card from which the payment was made.
Refunds:
- in case of cancellation of the reservation more than 1 day before the planned arrival - the hotel makes a full refund for the paid accommodation;
- in case of cancellation of the reservation less than 1 day before the planned arrival, or no-show - a penalty in the amount of 1 day of accommodation for each untimely canceled reservation.
